Physical Ed (Fitness) Sessions

At Keane Futures, we have partnered with Team Spartans to provide young people with exciting opportunities to improve their physical fitness, confidence, and overall wellbeing.

Our Physical Education sessions encourage learners to develop healthy lifestyles, build resilience, and experience the positive impact that regular physical activity can have on both physical and mental health. Sessions are designed to be inclusive, engaging, and suitable for a wide range of abilities.

Young people can take part in a variety of activities, including football, boxing, gym-based fitness training, and structured physical education sessions. Through participation, learners develop teamwork, communication, discipline, and goal-setting skills while improving their strength, fitness, and confidence.
